	Founded in 1941 Oudenhoven Construction, Inc. is a full service general contractor serving clients in central and northeastern Wisconsin. Our reputation with owners and architects is one of respect due to an on time/within budget philosophy. We have also maintained a high quality of workmanship. Project size ranges from 100 square feet up to 250,000 square feet. We coordinate and supervise the following items:

	Site work and Excavation: Investigation, drainage, soil testing and borings. We also work to provide existing and proposed grades. All exterior plumbing and electrical work required. All culverts, fencing and landscaping. Excavation simple or complex. (Note: we may provide our own labor and equipment for the trenching work). Concrete: All types of cast-in-place including framing, shoring and underpinning. All concrete flatwork, interior or exterior. (Note: we usually provide our own labor and equipment for all concrete work required). Precast hollow core plank and architectural panels erected. Metals: All types per project requirements. (Note: we may provide our own labor and equipment to install lintels and stairs. This may also include the use of our own crane). Wood and Plastics: All rough and finish carpentry. This may include pre-built or custom shelving, bookcases or counter tops. (Note: we usually provide our own labor and equipment for all carpentry work. This may also include the use of our own crane).		General Requirements: Administrative Masonry: All types per project requirements. (Note: we may provide our own labor and equipment). Thermal and Moisture Protection: As required by each project. Doors and Windows: All types required for project. (Note: we usually install all units required except at metal building exterior.) Finishes: All types per project requirements. (Note: we may provide labor and materials to install the drywall). Specialties-Equipment and Furnishings: (Note: we may coordinate and supervise these items depending on requirements. This may also include the use of our own crane). Mechanical: All items per project requirements, includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing. Electrical: All items as required.
